A completely new project: not an evolution, but a revolution.

The CS MOTO® RACE 42MM Throttle Body was created by entirely rethinking the T MAX intake system.
After years of testing and after installing and evaluating multiple aftermarket throttle bodies, we decided to abandon all traditional concepts and design a truly racing-oriented component, free from the structural limitations of both OEM and aftermarket units.

The internal duct has been completely redesigned using a scientific engineering approach:
CFD fluid-dynamic simulations, duct flow calculations, velocity analysis, Venturi-effect optimization, followed by extensive dyno bench testing.

The collected data allowed us to redesign every part of the throttle body, optimizing shape, tapering and flow progression.
After the first prototype, the component was again analyzed, recalculated and tested until achieving the final layout, capable of delivering maximum airflow, high intake velocity and exceptional flow stability even at high RPM—ideal for extreme naturally aspirated builds and turbo systems.

We also supply a dedicated billet intake manifold, as the OEM rubber manifold cannot withstand such an extreme level of machining without compromising reliability. The rigidity and precision of our aluminum manifold ensure perfect sealing, stability, and long-term durability, even in turbo systems or high-performance builds.

42 mm Round Throttle Plate

A true 42 mm bore with Venturi-optimized tapering to dramatically increase air speed and performance at mid and high RPM.

Completely Redesigned Trumpet Attachment System

OEM and aftermarket throttle bodies share a major limitation: the restricted trumpet-mounting area.
We redesigned it from zero, achieving:

1. more available space to maintain correct tapering
2. much cleaner and more stable airflow
3. maximized Venturi effect
4. superior overall performance
