CS MOTO® VARIATOR – FULL STEP ASPIRATED VERSION T MAX 500 2004–2011

The CS MOTO® FULL STEP ASPIRATED VERSION Variator for T MAX 530-560 2012-2025 is designed for medium-to-high performance builds, delivering outstanding acceleration, improved stability and increased top-end speed.

Based on a Malossi variator, it is fully reworked by CS MOTO® using precision high-performance machining.

CS MOTO® TECHNICAL MODIFICATIONS

• Variator face machined to 13°, perfectly matched to the Malossi counter-pulley
• Fully reprofiled upper and lower roller tracks
• Increased low-end torque
• Stronger mid-range pull
• Extended top-end speed
• Re-machined oil-seal collar to prevent belt contact at take-off
• Malossi counter-pulley modified by CS MOTO® with recessed machining to increase top-end ratio and belt travel 
• CS MOTO® modified variator pin – we recommend NOT adding shims

IMPORTANT

To fully exploit FULL STEP travel:
the variator cover must be modified to prevent belt contact (due to the increased travel).
