CS MOTO® VARIATOR – STEP 1 T MAX 500 2004–2011

The CS MOTO® STEP 1 VARIATOR is based on the Malossi variator, precision-machined by CS MOTO® to deliver better acceleration, smoother operation and improved transmission stability.

Designed for medium-level tuned T MAX engines, it significantly increases performance while maintaining full reliability.

CS MOTO® TECHNICAL UPGRADES

• Variator machined to 13°, perfectly matching the Malossi counter-pulley (already 13°).
• Re-machined oil-seal collar, preventing belt contact during initial take-off.
• Increased pulley travel, resulting in smoother and more progressive opening.
• Improved belt stability at both low RPM and top speed.

IMPORTANT

To fully exploit the increased travel:modifications to the variator cover are required to avoid belt interference at maximum opening.
