VARIATOR NUT SECURE LOCKING CS MOTO® T MAX 500-530-560 2002-2025

The CS MOTO® Secure Locking Variator Nut is fully compatible with the original variator nut on all Yamaha T MAX 500, 530 and 560 models.
It provides additional safety for variator nut tightening, avoiding the use of thread-locker products, which can sometimes be too aggressive on the 100-teeth shaft.

Simple and quick to install.

Installation Steps

1. Remove the original variator nut.
2. Loosen the central grub screw of the CS MOTO® Secure Locking.
3. Install the CS MOTO® Secure Locking and tighten it using the original Yamaha torque value 160 Nm.
4. Tighten the grub screw to 10 Nm.

The CS MOTO® Secure Locking may lightly touch the plastic cover; we recommend removing it or drilling it centrally.
