CS MOTO® VARIATOR – STEP BASE T MAX 500 2004–2011

The CS MOTO® Step Base Variator is a reworked Malossi variator base, modified by CS MOTO® to deliver smoother operation, enhanced response, and increased travel.

This is a bare variator unit, supplied without rollers, sliders or pin:your original components are reused.

MAIN MODIFICATIONS

• Roller tracks reworked on both low and high sections
• Improved acceleration thanks to a shorter starting ratio
• Increased top speed due to extended variator travel
• Also available in the version with a 13° machined pulley

REQUIRED MODIFICATION

To fully exploit the increased travel, it is necessary to:

cut and modify the front section of the variator cover
to provide adequate clearance for the belt.
