We offer a complete and highly specialized machining service for the Yamaha T MAX 560 2020-2025 cylinder head, which includes:

• Machining of valve seats to match oversized valves
• Custom pre-porting
• Intake port adaptation for larger throttle bodies
• Supply of our oversized performance valves

What We Offer

We provide 4 machining configurations, depending on the throttle body used:

Valve seat machining + pre-porting (just below the OEM seat)

Ready to be finished by your engine builder, who can then complete the final porting according to their own specifications.

Valve seats + ports for OEM throttle body enlarged to 36 mm

Optimized for use with the CS MOTO® modified stock throttle body.

Valve seats + ports for CS MOTO® 38 mm throttle body

Specific machining for the upcoming CS MOTO® 38 mm high-flow throttle body.

Valve seats + ports for CS MOTO® 42 mm throttle body

Maximum airflow, designed for the CS MOTO® 42 mm high-performance throttle body.

How It Works

• The customer may send us their original cylinder head, which must arrive fully disassembled:
  no valves, springs, retainers, buckets, etc. (bare casting only).
• Alternatively, we offer a brand-new cylinder head that we will machine in the configuration you selected.
