THROTTLE BODIES 42 MM T MAX 560 2020-2025
The CS Moto 42 mm throttle body has been completely redesigned compared to competitors, delivering true 42 mm butterflies with the correct taper to maximize the venturi effect and engine filling.
The duct transitions from round to oval to match the cylinder head, a geometry developed through original casting analysis. To ensure this shape, the kit includes a dedicated anodized aluminum manifold, connected via 2 high-sealing rubber sleeves.
Both the body and the manifold are made of anodized aluminum alloy, CNC-machined in Italy: ultimate precision and true Made in Italy quality.
The kit also includes bolts and 3D-printed carbon brackets to securely fix trumpets and throttle body to the manifold, even in Turbo setups. Sealing is ensured by 2 O-rings per duct.
